EQUALITY POLICY

Under the Race Relations Act, it is unlawful for a person to discriminate on racial grounds against another. The Act defines racial grounds as including race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin.

There are 4 main types of racial discrimination:

Victimisation
Harassment
