Contour moulded nests are used for locating ‘A’ surface components during assembly, on either automated or manual production lines.
They accurately locate & restrain irregular shaped products, whilst protecting vulnerable ‘A’ surfaces from damage.
Mouldings are manufactured in a range of colours & hardness from very soft 15 shore A to hard 55 shore D.
Additional components ie metal inserts, fasteners, bushes or pins can be insert moulded during the moulding process.
